Develop a mind of equanimity,
And all deeds are put to rest.
Anxious doubts are completely cleared.
Right faith is made upright.
Nothing lingers behind,
Nothing can be remembered.
Bright and empty, functioning naturally,
The mind does not exert itself.
It is not a place of thinking,
Difficult for reason and emotion to fathom.
In the Dharma Realm of true suchness,
There is no other, no self.
Chill out and relax for a minute. No need to strain. All life is a cycle of birth, growth, decay, and death. Move with it. This is how it's supposed to be. Glide with it. The circle of life and death is a fun little jig. Nothing to be worried about. Further, we're not separate. We're moss on a rock. Individual cells in a sense, sure, but a singular growth pattern, you and me. There's really nothing to make a fuss about.
