Dharma low tides? (Repeat Question 3) What do you suggest as a course of action for a student wading through a "dharma low-tide"? What do you do when it's like pulling teeth to read, bow, chant, or sit?
after a rough day I'll go home, smoke a j, maybe play some video games. exercise isn't a bad idea either. mainly get a good nights sleep, avoid too much sugar, and, above all else, nihilistically ponder the void.
