Hello i practice meditation from the book of adyashanti that is exactly like shikantaza zazen, I would like to know do i have to do groundings technique apart of meditation ? Because it can make me some sort of space out after 20 mins of stillness meditation , maybe its because thats relaxing non attachement stillness state i experiment is like a detox for my mind and body ... what do you think about that maybe its a normal process no ? :)
