Is kind of to stir conversation as I don't think its really knowable. The answer could also be "everyone" if you take the stance that Buddha mind/awareness is really all there is. But apparently, even with ardent seekers, everyone gets waylaid with diversion and subtle layers of ego, spiritual experiences, getting lost in the dream, its easier to say "that's good enough.." or "its a nice idea but it doesn't really matter either way" and just stop. So maybe 10 people? maybe a hundred. Most probably not self aggrandizing one little bit. Not completely different than normal people but operating on different level, having dropped delusion permanently.
