Continuous Practice

The one who meditates in a lotus position is trapped. The one who closes his eyes and clears his mind is a thief and a liar. The one who sits attentively, carefully observing the activity of his mind, is a prisoner. The one who watches his breath is blind. The one who reads books is a glutton with a case of indigestion.

A bundle of words; and a group of phrases; sends the whole body to hell. If your practice is strong and continuous, you won't stumble into it.

The scoffers scatter like dust in the wind, and burn from the heat of the flame!
