What do you guys think of this analogy I made up that attempts to point a light to the nature of desire?

So you're in a dream in an enclosure with no exits. There are three room connected in a triangle shape. The temperature of each of the rooms is different and consistent. One room is 50 degrees Fahrenheit, another is 90, and another is room temperature. Desire is like going from the 50 degree room to the 90 degree room. It feels good to switch to the other room when it gets hot or cold, but if you stay too long you begin to feel uncomfortable. So your immediate craving is to keep on switching between the two rooms because switching to the room temperature room isn't as immediately pleasurable. But if you decide to stay in the room temperature room for longer than you usually do, you will discovered that it's actually even more comfortable than the other two rooms in the long run.

The hot and cold rooms can be said to be the difference between two experiences and when you're stuck in the rat race of desire, you will forever be going in circles. However when you reach the point of desirelessness, you will switch to the room temperature room, and upon giving it a shot for awhile, you will discover it's in your best interest to continue to cultivate this experience of desirelessness.

So what do you guys think of this? My previous post was a little taboo and confusing. I think this will make more sense to this subreddit.

Edit: Reread the post and realized something didn't make sense so I changed it.
