Let us say, there is the Mind.
It itself is devoid of feature. Being devoid of feature, it is devoid the action of time; which is the cause of change. Changeless, timeless, this is Truth.
Featureless, timeless and unchanging, is this Mind's essential nature.
All mentation: thought, feeling, sensation, conception- is fundamentally illusory. It's inherent nature is voidness, the ultimate truth.
To cut off mentation, is to return mind to it's source. Constantly there is mentation, there is habit energy that sustains it and causes it to subsist.
Without entirely renouncing the world, one is moved by thought. Being moved by though, one continues the chain of mentation.
Many act, affected by false thoughts. They only bind themselves more fastly to the world, entrenching themselves in karma. Over the ages there is only increase in wild mentation.
Do not speak foolishly. Think about what speaks. The real speaker has nothing to say, realize your self.
