I just attended my first Zazenkai. Ask me whatever.

I just finished attending my first zazenkai today. It was from 8am to around 6pm.

It was broken down into sitting 30 minutes, walking 10 minutes, some breaks, two silent tea parties and a vegetarian lunch which was pretty delicious.

So ask away or not.
