Dealing with a few things

There are a few mind states wich can be detrimental to your understanding :

"The need/desire to control" mind state

"The need for attention" mind state

"The goal oriented" mind state

These 3 are like hallucinations, and there is great habit energy in them . If you act on these you will suffer .

A good way of dealing with this is observing yourself in hidden actions as Foyan puts it . If the action is based on any of these 3 mind states then abandon the mind state but keep the action . Kinda like taking the garbage out .

These 3 are like confused projections. They are empty

I'm sorry if I sound like I'm teaching, this is from my own experience. Abandoning these mind states I arrived at a great calm
